We saw a variety of beautiful birds - some you could get up real close to see. And the alligators - well they're alligators and they were everywhere! The loop around the park is 15 miles. Not that much, but we were all pretty tired at the end. Fortunately, we had great weather for biking. Some sun and clouds with a bit of a windy breeze at times.
Roman gave us a mini-tour of Coral Gables the way home. We stopped off at a local TexMex place for a quick dinner then it was back to the hotel. Just in time to catch the Celtics/Lakers game. As I type this, Ray Allen has just beaten Reggie Miller's 3pt record. Go RAY!!
Tomorrow Geoff and I will venture out and explore Coconut Grove and if it is nice hang around the pool till it is time to checkout. Then we move to Roman's house. It feels real good to get out of the cold and to be able to do stuff outside!
Next time... The move to Coral Gables

Enjoy the sun and sand down in FL...it is all of 6 degrees here!! So happy for Ray! It was great to see him break Reggie's record. Those poor guys looked soooo tired by the 3d though.
Happy adventures in the Grove and the Gables :~} S
Good to hear you made it to Fl. Loved the photos of flowers with a green backround.Forgot how pretty it is there.uneventful here.went to see that movie 127 hours.I knew there are stupid people in this would, but this guy was a smart/stupid individual.Make sure you don't do anything STUPID Lucy
Finally straightened out the blockage on all the pictures on this PC. Great to see Roman with you. I'm interested in what he had to say about his family, (John and Bosch) He looks like he's found the fountain that Vespucci went there for in the first place.
